DAN FALLON

Dan is the sort of person who loves to find new ways to solve fat loss and fitness struggles. To him, it's all about forward thinking and focusing on what his clients' problems are in order to create lasting, highly effective solutions.


With 17 years of military physical training experience and being registered at the highest level on the Register of Exercise Professionals, Dan has worked with Admirals, Special Forces and Fighter Pilots, to bring dads the best approach to fat loss and fitness.

His step-by-step guide has had success with hundreds of dads around the world, leading them to a fitter, happier lifestyle that the whole family benefits from.

A published author who also writes for Men Health on a regular basis, his personal and driven approach helps clients achieve their goals. He loves to work on rehabilitation and has 10 years of experience in this particular field.
